The “Explore” section is the Instagram screen where users discover new content and accounts, so it’s a great opportunity to grow your business.

Here, after the user clicks on a post in this section, ads that are similar to that content appear .

If you have Instagram Shopping set up, you can publish shoppable content as Instagram ads .

This type of ad takes buyers to a product commercial property owners database description page, where they can purchase through the website or in the app itself.

The step by step to create the post
By far the easiest way to start advertising your posts on Instagram is to promote an existing post on your Instagram profile. That is, you publish a post, and the “promote” button will appear .

Additionally, there is the option to use the “ Facebook Ad Manager ” , for which you need to connect a Facebook business page to your Instagram account. Now, check out the steps for this method!

1- Creating an ad
First, open the Ad Creation tab, and choose the Sponsored Post objective from the following list:

brand awareness : helps increase awareness of your company among users who don't yet know you;
reach : shows your ad to as many people as possible in your target audience;
traffic : to generate clicks to your website, app or any other URL of your choice.
App installs : Get users to download your app when they see your ad;
engagement : aims to increase the amount of comments, likes, shares, event responses and offer claims you receive;
Video views : Share your video with those who are likely to watch it;
lead generation : collect lead data from users who click on the ad;
Messages : Have users send a message to your brand account;
Conversions : Drive sales and signup conversions on your website or app;
catalog sales : promote sales of products from your online store's catalog;
Store traffic : Drive users to your physical location.
2- Target audience
Next, we come to the part where you choose your target audience . Click on the “Audience” tab, and select the group of people who will see your sponsored ads.

You can limit the selection by your behavior, age, gender, ethnicity, location, interests , and other characteristics.

3- Channels
Next, in the “Placements” section, you can decide where your ads will appear on Instagram. Here, there are two options:

automatic placements : ads will be shown to the audience where they perform best;
Manual placements : You can choose where your ad will appear. For example, if you want to limit your ads to appearing only in Stories or Feed.
