We said earlier that the main feature of Salesforce DMP is the processing of anonymous data from other sources (in addition to its own) and their union, to complete the information we already have. But where does this data come from?
Salesforce has its own data marketplace called Data Studio that list of austria consumer email currently operates in the United States, Canada and EMEA. Data Studio gives us access to a data marketplace shared by companies that use Salesforce.
This data is segmented by topic so we can acquire data by doing a simple search based on user interests.
Essentially, Salesforce customers who choose to do so can sell the data they acquire from their channels on the marketplace for others to use. This model allows the original owners of the data to become sources for other companies. If this is an option for you, you would simply upload it to Salesforce DMP and let it combine with your proprietary information.
It is important to note that all data remains anonymous and the only data that is shared is from trusted partners; and you can also decide who can access it and who cannot.
Where does second-party data come from in Salesforce DMP?
