Yesterday at SquadS we had an event about #EOS with Leandro Chennales, and his story got me thinking about how we can align our lives and businesses to achieve success.

Leandro told us that his first crisis appeared at the age of 17, when he was looking for what to study. Since then, he has gone through many ventures until he stopped at ClickOn, a project with more than five acquisitions in which he said “I exploded.” This experience opened the door for him to learn about different cultures and companies, until he discovered a methodology that groups and solves these problems: EOS.
