The Hague Apostille is a legalisation process that consists of placing a notation (Apostille) on the public document certifying the authenticity of the signature of public documents.
This process is only valid between the signatory countries of the XII Hague Convention and eliminates the requirement of diplomatic and consular legalisation, which, however, will be phone number for business required for countries that are not signatories to the convention. The power of attorney, duly legalised, will be attached to the deed of incorporation that must be granted in Spain.

The NIE can be requested by the legal representative before the Spanish police, or by the interested party himself by submitting his application to the Spanish embassy or consulate in his country of residence. It is also possible for a Spanish company to have a foreign director who does not reside in the country, whether or not he is a partner. A foreign company could even serve as the director.
