We also understood that Telegram channels on the Real Estate topic have a warm audience interested in buying and, perhaps, already well versed in the real estate market. But these people have probably seen more than one advertising post about residential complexes. Therefore, here we decided not only to write a beautiful text with a set of USPs, but to make it native so that the post fits organically into the channel: this way, people will not scroll through it, but will read it to the end and perform target actions by going to the site.
Let's look at an example of such a native post. It described a day in the life of a person who lives in the Nametkin apartment complex, and the title was: "What will your life be like in the Nametkin Tower business-class apartments?"
In total, we reached about 67,000 users during the placement. Analysis of traffic and results for July-August 2022 showed that the share of requests from Telegram channels was 8% of the total, while the CPL kazakhstan mobile database was 4% below average. And the main surprise is that a request from one of the Telegram channels turned into a meeting.
We received the most requests from investment channels (50%), slightly fewer from real estate channels (37%). Third place in terms of the number of requests in our topic rating was taken by economics and business/finance (13%).
The client was satisfied with the testing results.
We considered advertising in Telegram channels primarily as another option for flight coverage placement. But after two months of testing, we can say with confidence: if you correctly analyze the list of Telegram channels and choose the most relevant ones to the client's topic, you can get not only clean traffic, but also targeted requests.
Telegram has not yet become a full-fledged replacement for the gone platforms for the Real Estate segment.
