In general, endoplasmic network with ribosomes is the regulator and manager in the cell, performing the synthesis, processing and transportation of proteins, metabolic detoxification and calcium regulation. Without ESR, these processes would be disrupted, which could lead to serious consequences for the cell and the body as a whole.

The endoplasmic network with ribosomes (ESD) is a complex sandplay therapy structure inside the cell, which plays a key role in the synthesis of proteins and their implementation in other parts of the cell. ESR consists of two main components: a smooth endoplasmic reticulum (ERT) and a rough endoplasmic reticulum (SER).

The ERT does not contain ribosomes and performs various functions in the cell, such as lipid synthesis, metabolic reactions and detoxification. It has a convex structure and is closely associated with the WED.

The BED, as the name implies, contains ribosomes attached to its surface. Ribosomes are the structures responsible for the synthesis of protein in the cell. The presence of ribos on the surface of the SED gives it a rough look.

The structure of the ESR is important for its functioning. Ribosomes attached to the SED synthesize proteins, which are then transferred to the space of the ERT. Here, proteins can undergo post-translation modifications, such as coagulation and addition of post-translational modifications, including glycosylation and phosphorylation. After modification, proteins can be stored in the ERT or sent to other parts of the cell to perform their specific functions.
