This exercise is a wonderful way to warm up your creativity muscles. And you can even do it without paper: When you're waiting, for example at the supermarket checkout or at the airport, simply trace the contours of the things in your field of vision with your eyes.
Take photos
You probably have a camera of some kind - even if it's "just" the one in your smartphone. Create your own weekly or monthly, maybe even annual challenges by taking a photo every day on a specific topic of your choice. The longer the challenge, the more challenging it is to keep finding new interpretations of the topic. Topics could be, for example:

an object – for example a toy or a cup with your logo, which you always stage in a new way,
a geometric shape – for example, something round must always be photographed in full format.
By limiting yourself to one topic of this kind, you are forced to constantly generate new ideas and go through everyday life with your eyes open.
