Airpeak is a compact drone for professional photography and videography, the smallest of those capable of carrying a Sony Alpha camera. The drone is Sony's first device in a new market for the company.



Sony has not yet revealed details about the drone's price and capabilities, but said it is considering using the Airpeak for landscape and cityscape photography. The planned launch date is spring 2021.

The drone was demonstrated to film the Vision-S electric car concept presented at CES 2020.



The company also spoke about the progress in the development of the car and announced that since December 2020, the Vision-S has been tested on public roads in Austria.
