Short, individual videos help me answer questions quickly and personally.
I almost always do the morning/evening routine - even when I'm on vacation or even when I'm sick. In these cases, however, I may just write a short note saying that I'll reply at a later time (that evening or the next day). In the event of a serious illness, I know that I can rely on my tandem partners Jonas and Alex, who will then step in for me.
Of course, all circle appointments are part of the mandatory program. So every day I check in with the group every now and then to see if there are any new questions or answers to my help. I almost always work in blocks of time and often I finish a task quicker than planned, or an appointment ends earlier - or I get stuck myself and then the circle takes top priority.
