When a task is in progress, requires approval, or is complete, it can be annotated with status icons directly below the task name.

Set tasks and mark them off when completed
Back to your activity, in the top right you can set up tasks , create a checklist of steps to complete, specify deadlines and the people who should take care of them. Tasks are grouped under the activity level.
How to Plan Tasks for Each Activity in Your Marketing Campaign
To check your progress, check the tasks you have already completed.
Go to the "My tasks" tab to see the tasks you have already completed and those you still need to complete.
