Which internally available (collaboration) platforms and which externally accessible media are directly part of your program? Where are content provided, where are questions answered? Which platforms are part of a channel strategy, for example corporate communications on LinkedIn? Depending on the form, this representation of the media mix can be very different. In addition, an internal newsletter always proves to be useful as a separate medium.
onboarding processes and access conditions
If there is a brand ambassador program or only bank data a select pilot group participates initially - beyond the minimum strategy that is always required - then there is usually a selection process or at least an onboarding program. This is also part of the concept and is also likely to develop further as the project progresses.
Forms of joint development and communication
How should the project be developed? What internal processes are there? In what forms - such as workshops, webinars or community meetings - will the joint training and development take place? How and through which channels will knowledge be imparted? All of this is also part of the concept and must also be continued and dynamically updated.
Planned support for personal branding
This is a separate point from the one mentioned above: How are the corporate influencers involved supported in developing their personal communication strategies? How are they accompanied and coached? Is there intervision, community meetings, workshops, seminars...?
