Psychological triggers
A trigger is a so-called "trigger" that prompts a website user to perform a certain action, in our case, to write in WhatsApp, leave a request for a cost estimate, call by phone. Such a "hook" can be either a single phrase or entire blocks of text, video and graphic elements.
It is not necessary to use all of them at once, you need to determine the one that will have the most positive impact on conversion.
Herd mentality. Put the phrase “254 windows were repaired last month” on your landing page, and the thought will immediately pop into a person’s head: if so many people contact this company, then they can really be trusted.
Now or never. We add a scary sentence: "Don't delay repairs, because regular vibrations and temperature changes have an 80% chance of the chip developing into a large crack."
Reciprocity. Most people feel guilty and need to repay if someone has done something useful for them for free. Add a signature that we will give a free consultation based on a photo of a chip. After that, the user is guaranteed to become your client.
Social proof. If your company has been written about in any media, or if there are public figures among your clients, be sure to write this. Even if you indicate: “Yandex.Taxi is among our clients,” this will also increase user loyalty, since this brand is on everyone’s lips.
Stereotypes. There are stereotypes among people such as: "Chinese consumer goods", "German technology", "Japanese quality" or "If in Soviet times something was made according to GOST, then it meant unrivaled quality". In our example with chips, we can add that we "repair glass according to European standards".
An example from our practice : after we insurance leads for seniors added a mention of Belgian materials to a landing page for selling car mats, the conversion increased from 6.32% to 7.10%.
