He couldn't believe it

Post by rifat28dddd »

During our chat, I asked him how often he called this client, how often they met, and how often he typically contacted them. He said the account was basically on “autopilot.”
That was his problem - he became complacent and took their business for granted.

Any time someone feels like you're taking them for granted, bad things are going to happen. In this case, he lost this client.
The solution is to always "keep an eye" on your customers. Treat every customer as if they were new. If you do this, you won't lose customers.

See changes. Archive changes.
Change is difficult, but often necessary. However, change doesn't just happen.
Leaders often outline changes that their south korea telegram data organization needs to go through—but those changes never happen.
The reason is that people in the organization cannot intuitively see this change.
The best leaders know this.

They “paint” a picture of what the outcome of the change will look like.
They let people “see” it. Once people “see” it, leaders are able to “seal” the change in their minds.
By doing this, leaders increase the likelihood that change will actually occur.
When you're trying to get people to do something, use nouns instead of verbs.

Gregory Walton of Stanford University once did a study on voting. He asked people in one sentence: "How important is it to be a voter in tomorrow's election?"
He used his second sentence to ask the others, "How important is it to you to vote in tomorrow's election?"
The first sentence emphasizes the noun "voter," while the second sentence emphasizes the verb "vote.
