The current global situation has brought about radical and sometimes traumatic changes in all of us in the way we work and in the way we relate to others.

In this article I want to focus in particular on some economic activities that are certainly being heavily affected. I am referring to professions that are carried out in close contact with people: music teachers, language usage of our employment database teachers, barbers and hairdressers, fitness centers and gyms, wellness centers and the like.

At this time many have stopped completely, others have managed to find surrogate methods that are partially helping to overcome the acute phase of the lockdown.

Each of us, I believe, hopes that everything will be resolved and that we can return to pre-crisis "normality" as soon as possible.

However, I am convinced that this way of thinking is not our ally. , because in some way it relegates us to a dangerous mindset that puts us psychologically in a position of dependence on something that does not depend on us. In practice: we can only wait.
