The registration process includes:
review of submitted documents;
publication in the register;
issuance of a security document.
The agency reviews the application within three months and makes a decision on publication, refusal or request for additional information.

The Office enters data on the newly registered trademark into a special Register and issues a certificate to the applicant. It includes the registration number and date, validity period, priority of the right holder, brand image, list of goods and services for which the trademark was registered, and information on restrictions, if any.
