In line with this: on the site of the Delft Institute of Positive Design (DIOPD) you will find the Emotion Rainbow , developed by IO students Ilaria Scarpellini (concept & design) and Jasper Hartong (code). It is an online database in which you can explore all scientifically proven positive emotions that arise during interaction between people and product/service. Also interesting for designers of user experiences, where the design of emotions is crucial.

My experience shows: a campaign or repositioning stands or falls with internal engagement. How do you get or keep employees engaged? Psychologist Paul Verhaeghe says about this in his book Identity: “Being able to have a grip on the organization and the content of your own job increases motivation and engagement enormously.”
Research conducted by Harvard Business School since 1997 shows that Total Shareholder Value increases by 20% when an organization works on engagement from within. This leads to employee satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn results in better customer service, customer relations and turnover. Colleague Martijn calls this reverse advertising: think about after-sales service, delivery, the transaction, etc. when developing a campaign. Two good examples of this: Unilever's Sustainable Living program and IBM's Smarter Planet program , which is largely driven by smart(er) use of big data.
Tracking happiness
Researchers from Cambridge University have developed an app that monitors happiness via smartphone use. This EmotionSense app (Android) collects information about where the user is, how noisy their environment is and who they are communicating with. In addition, the user reports their mood to the app at set times. The app then combines all input and reports it back to the user. Intern Rogier de Vries installed the app on his Android smartphone on 13 May. “By entering your mood on a grid of emotions every day, the app is able to paint a picture of you,” says Rogier. “You also unlock a new sensor every week to further explore who you are and what you do, and how you feel about it. You are expected to provide input daily, which in my case led to routine filling in behavior after 3 weeks. I chose transience over contemplation.”
It seems, given Rogier's user experience, that the ukraine mobile phone number list app is too scientifically focused, and that the researchers did not take enough account of an inspiring UX. If you have a different - better - experience, I would like to hear about it.
Focus on happiness(economy)
Koen Vredebregt is involved in 'happiness economics'. On his site Focusopgeluk.nl you can read about scientific studies that have been done on happiness, about companies that use work happiness to become more creative and productive and worldwide initiatives to develop happiness policy (in government). If this interests you, I strongly recommend that you take the online Happy Planet Index test .
