Domain Settings
When creating a multilingual page, first set the primary language for the domain itself.
Select "Website > Domains and URLs" from the left navigation of Global Settings and open the settings screen below.

① Enable redirection to supported languages
If you turn this on, when you access a page that supports multiple languages, you will be redirected to a page that matches the language of the viewer .
② Set language for each domain
You can set the primary language for each domain you use.
Once set, you will need to contact HubSpot support to change it, and it will take up to 3 business days , so be careful.
③ Use slug prefix:
Check this box to set the language slug in the URL of the primary language page.
*If you create a page in a language other than the primary language, the language slug will be automatically applied to the URL.
