Analyze your environment and your processes

When Scrum, when Kanban?
1. Analyze your team
Is your team less flexible and does it need a clear guideline with set time boxes? Should your team have phases in which it should work without interruptions? Then I would recommend Scrum, as the tasks are fixed for two weeks and disruptions from outside should not be considered.

Teams that have less defined workflows, start and finish work sequentially, and iran telegram data frequently need to reprioritize tasks to meet changing demands are better off with Kanban. The prerequisite for this is that the tasks are not too large, otherwise reprioritization becomes impossible.

Scrum, on the other hand, is suitable for projects with a certain degree of planning security, at least security for the duration of a sprint. If your customer requires regular involvement, I also recommend Scrum, as they are regularly presented with the real progress at the end of each sprint.

3. Consider corporate strategy
Introducing Scrum quickly won't work. For Scrum to become established in a company, it takes time and, above all, the support and will of management to move towards self-organization. However, if the organization wants to try out agility carefully first and does not want any fundamental organizational changes, starting with Kanban is probably the better strategy.
