And what about the Scrum Master certification?
As you have probably noticed in the course of this article, it is not that easy to recognize (and find) good Scrum Masters. One mechanism that should give companies an initial idea of whether someone is suitable is Scrum Master certification. There are currently three certification bodies:

ScrumAlliance
All three places approach the topic slightly differently, but essentially the aspiring Scrum germany telegram data Masters take part in a course lasting several days and then show what they know about Scrum in an exam. This article compares the three approaches and gives a good initial overview. One thing applies to all models, however: the Scrum Master certification says that someone had around 2,000 euros at their disposal and is good at answering questions about Scrum. That is not unimportant, but it does not make them a good Scrum Master. Personality and practical experience play too big a role for that.
If you want to become a master yourself, the Scrum Master certification certainly can't hurt - and even experienced Scrum Masters will probably learn something from the training. If you want to hire a Scrum Master, we recommend using the certification as an indicator, but not putting too much emphasis on it. There are good Scrum Masters with and without certification.
