I had the Time/system in A5 and it had one huge disadvantage: it was super heavy. I was always lugging around about 1.5 kilograms with it. As a result, I eventually stopped wanting to take it with me. My smartphone, on the other hand, is always with me and so I can make appointments with customers, network partners, friends and family anytime and anywhere.

tasks and projects

Every task that I have to do, whether business or private, goes here first. Every morning and every evening, the first and last look is at my to-do list. I also look back on the day in the evening. What have I achieved? Have I come closer to my goals? I often don't do this at my desk, but rather comfortably on the couch - and very often not with my laptop, but with my smartphone.
During the day, I also check again and again what tasks are due next. Since life doesn't always stick to my plan, I often postpone tasks during the course of a day - and this is even more important when I'm on the go.
