How I work with ClickUp
ClickUp is the first app I open in the morning and the last one I close in the evening. I basically manage my entire life in it, both business and personal. ClickUp is linked to my Google Workspace Calendar, so appointments that I create in the calendar automatically end up as tasks in ClickUp.
Not all tasks have a due date. But those that do appear on the home page under "My Work" in the "Today" drop-down. If I didn't complete tasks the day before (or the days before), they can be found under that. A little deeper down are the tasks for the future under "Next". And tasks without a due date also have their place here. The interface is nice and clear and tidy.

But sometimes I just have too much planned for one day. That's when ClickUp's LineUp function comes into play. I drag my three most important tasks of the day here (more is possible). This way I can close everything else and focus fully on what I absolutely want to accomplish in one day. This has helped me a lot to not be constantly overwhelmed by far too many small and large to-dos.
