Filtering and Segmenting in CRM

Post by Mitu100@ »

Application example: Mailings and form letters with CentralStationCRM

The basic process is to select the target persons in the CRM , then export the contacts (e.g. to Excel or as a business card file). This hit list can then be used to send a postal mailing or a mailing via email using Microsoft Word. There are a number of alternatives to Word and Outlook that work just as well and are just as easy. A simple way on a Mac is to export the contacts as a business card (vCard) and send them using the Serial Mail mail plugin .

Organize contacts using tags
The basis of the mailing is cyprus telegram screening the contacts in the CRM system . You can and should categorize your contacts using tags (keywords) to be able to filter them easily or quickly find the right person. For example, tags for the industry in which the contact works or for the type of contact (customer, press contact, business partner) are conceivable. You can choose tags freely so that you can adapt them precisely to your needs.

With a well-maintained contact base, maintaining and processing these contacts is much easier and usually done quickly. If you want to find the hits for your mailing, you can filter by the tags you previously assigned or by the postcode or city of your contacts. A combination of both is also possible (for example, all my customers in the automotive industry in the postcode area '70'). Within a few seconds, you have created the list of hits and can export this data. In the right-hand column, you can export the filtered people to Excel.
