To activate Movistar roaming from abroad, you only need to go to your mobile's Settings and turn on data roaming. You can then browse the web on your trips around the world. However, remember that the price depends on the country you are travelling to. In some European destinations, Movistar roaming is free, but in most countries around the world the price to connect to the internet is around €12.10 for each megabyte you use.
