If you are promoting your Instagram business account through targeting or placements with bloggers, look at Instagram Insights. This is an internal analytics tool: it shows statistics on the profile, individual posts and Stories.

Important: Insights only works with business profiles. If you have a regular account, you'll need to convert it first. It's quick: open Settings , go to Account , and click Switch to Business Profile . Then just follow the instructions.
