There are questions asked by potential customers, the answers are already available on our website or official social media pages. But that's it... some people are too lazy to read. They are more comfortable asking questions. It's possible that they are suspicious of us and want to see how we serve them. If our service is good, then they will do business with us. Just imagine, if in a day you receive hundreds of messages with inquiries.

Sometimes I find it strange that some so-called entrepreneurs proudly share screenshots of their inboxes on social media. They say there are hundreds of unanswered and unopened messages. Just imagine, out of the hundreds of messages that come in, there are actually only a few senders who are really interested in becoming buyers. The rest are just asking questions.
