Only Spotify premium users will be able to listen to the latest hits

Spotify wants to restrict its catalog, reserving hits only for premium users . The premium list will only be available to paying users and will include the latest releases and the most listened to and most successful songs.
With this change, Spotify hopes to expand the number of premium accounts and thus increase profits. Free accounts only contribute about 10% of revenue.
