Truths and lies about selling on marketplaces

Francesc Pumarola , Director of G2M Ecommerce at Estrella Galicia; Yvette Llena , from Krack; and Lola Garau , Head of Marketplace at Black Limba were in charge of addressing the keys to selling on marketplaces, as well as debunking myths about these platforms for electronic commerce.

Moderated by Cristina Rúa , Ecommerce Manager Iberia at Stellantis , the guests were able to explain to the audience their vision of the current panorama of marketplaces in our country and the valuable lessons that companies that want to operate in them should take into account.

Francesc Pumarola explained that they already have more than a hundred artisan producers in their marketplace, BigCrafters. “We seek to help artisan producers improve their digital presence and sales.” On a costa rica number data practical level, Pumarola explained that they are starting from a lean strategy . “We are trying things out. Finally, she highlighted the importance of the content strategy in her vision of the business: “We are committed to promoting the content of the artisans: our challenge is that when you see a product on our page it is attractive to you… and for that, the content is fundamental. We are 100% fans of the content . We also ask the community a lot. For example, about which pack they prefer us to prepare for Black Friday.”
