5th Coaching is focused on “the action plan and the being”.
This is the last of the fundamentals that we will discuss in this post. The ultimate goal of the process is for the coachee to commit to achieving his or her goal.

To encourage this, the coach's questions and observations should focus on actions and being. For example, by having the coachee imagine scenarios that make him change his perspective:

“Imagine you are the most self-confident person in the world. What would you do in the situation you find yourself in?”
“What is the difference between your confident self and your self at the beginning of the session?”
“Is this something you can do ?”
“ Will you do it after this session?”
The professional coach makes the coachee focus on his or her way of being and acting. Everyone can change with the right motivation.

Once we have talked about the principles applied, we must distinguish between the types of coaching. The main distinction will be between personal coach and executive coach.
