If you are reading this article, you probably already know that the Community Manager (CM) is a key figure in the world of digital marketing. But do you know what are the key objectives that they must pursue to ensure the success of a brand on social media?

In this post, we present the four main objectives that every CM must know in order to carry out their work effectively.

The Objectives of the Community Manager
Traffic acquisition
One of the main goals of a CM is to attract new users to the brand. When it comes to attracting the brand's target audience, strategies such as creating SEO-optimized content, publishing on social media, and collaborating with other sites to generate inbound links can be implemented.

In this phase of awareness and hungary phone data acquisition, the video format is usually the most suitable, as it allows us to tell a story that connects with the consumer while transmitting the brand's values. The type of content to publish here should be emotional, in order to provoke emotion, a smile or a cry in the potential client.

I would like to give you an example. The case of the dog and cat food brand Purina® when implementing its marketing strategy on YouTube to promote its new product for cats that will help them stay properly hydrated while feeding them.

Instead of simply making an informative video about the product mentioning its benefits, the brand decided to share the following video in which we see a hidden camera in a house where there are several cats, and the brand wants to make the consumer think about what their cat does when they are not at home, to finally explain to them that their cat is not sufficiently hydrated and that the brand has the product they need.
