Common challenges at the bottom of the pyramid

It's not that these people, like CFOs, don't care about day-to-day SEO issues. They're probably removed from it, and they don't necessarily understand how anything in here affects the things they care about unless we have a lot of clarity and we're all there. So what do we do with something like this? Well, we can start thinking about an assumption around value.

What if the client has more perceived value from those people, the higher the pyramid you? So here, again, are important but perhaps under-appreciated strategic conversations that relate to your client's business problems. So what are the things to worry about below?

There's actually a lot to worry about down here. So in my chinese overseas africa database experience, if you have engagements that focus mostly on talking about, reporting on, and evaluating activity at the bottom of the value pyramid, you may end up doing just that for your client.

The way I like to think of it is that it's a big kid's table or maybe an adult's table. How can we sit at this table? Again, in my experience, if you can't see a way to translate your work to people they care about, you're going to get kicked out.

Again, there's nothing wrong with that. But the problem is that if we look at fee competition, it turns out that here (at the bottom of the pyramid) there is more fee competition than up here (at the top.) There tends to be more competitors. There is little variation between providers here. For example, you are more susceptible to being ChatGPTed.
