Who better than them to tell someone else what it is like to study in Eindhoven? What is it like to move from any country and get to know the Dutch educational culture, and what you will encounter as an international (but also national) student? That is why we involve our students as much as possible in our student recruitment, both within and outside the Netherlands, offline and online. They provide information at Open Days, presentations during webinars, go with us to fairs abroad, travel throughout the Netherlands to give information at secondary schools, and show what the student life of a TU/e student looks like via our Instagram account .
In addition, our webcare is also done by students. A team of students answers all incoming questions industry email list via WhatsApp and social media. Many of these questions are about studying and information events. These are questions that our students can answer well based on their own experiences and good instruction. For questions that they cannot answer, such as admission, registration, etc., these students act as first-line customer service. They then forward the question to the right department. But even then, our students are the first point of contact, so that they can immediately respond to underlying questions, share experiences and provide tips.
