IP telephony from UIS will make it possible to tag spam calls and, thanks to these tags, record what percentage of such calls make up of the total number of incoming calls in the company. Blocked calls will not get into analytical reports and will not be able to clog the call tracking service .
All these changes were made within the framework of the release "Antispam (Blacklist, Call Blocking, Blocking Settings)". Our telephony has learned to filter out garbage better.

From now on, the blacklist of numbers will be located in a separate interface (menu item "Settings" - "Call blocking"), where not only the number to be blocked is indicated, but also the name of the user who added the contact to the blacklist, as well as the date of adding it.
Spam calls will be displayed in the Blocked subsection of the Calls report. Please note that there is no graph for calls blocked before the release due to the large volume of data.
Having moved to the new interface, the Black List will accordingly cease to be a separate list of contacts in the Address Book. However, numbers from the Black List will be available in it.
Call Blocking is automatically available to everyone who has access to the Address Book.
UIS telephony for sales and end-to-end analytics for effective marketing are constantly being improved. The main focus is on specific requests and needs of customers. Follow the innovations - we never stand still.
