Microsoft Ads is introducing targeting functionality on LinkedIn based on users' companies, industries, and job titles.

This feature is currently in closed Beta , so not all advertisers have access to it at this time. However, once this feature is publicly available in the Czech Republic, you will find it in the left toolbar of the Microsoft Ads interface under the Demographic tab.
Once you enter this section, you'll see options for targeting by company, industry, and job function at the top of the page . Once you click on one of these options, you'll see targeting tools. At the company level, there are currently approximately 80,000 companies available for targeting. Unfortunately, you won't see a list from which you can simply select the company names you want to target. You'll need to know the company names .
