Biophilic design
And it’s not just about placing a few plants in the office. Biophilic design is a whole philosophy that seeks to bring nature into the workspace. Maximum natural light, natural shades and patterns, materials with natural textures and, of course, lots of greenery. This could be a living wall, roofs and courtyards planted with plants, greenhouses for relaxation. The synergy of all these elements allows you to create a unique atmosphere that is proven to relieve stress, increase creativity and improve the cognitive abilities of employees.

Natural light
In modern workspace design, natural light is a big part of the denmark cell phone number list design. And for good reason! Natural light not only improves mood and relieves eye strain, but it also has a positive effect on circadian rhythms. With a normal sleep/wake cycle, we are productive and alert during the day, fall asleep quickly in the evening, and sleep more soundly at night.

A University of Oregon study found that employees who get enough natural light take 6.5 percent fewer sick days, while a Cornell University study found that such workers experience 84 percent fewer headaches, eye strain, and vision problems.
