You've probably heard of UX, it's the mantra of all web designers and online specialists. It stands for User Experience. There are an infinite number of websites, so to keep the user on yours, it has to be entertaining and easy for them to navigate the site structure.
MY WEBSITE ALSO HAS ERRORS
Steve Krug, author of a number of books on web design and usability testing, likens user testing to taking a group of tourists to your city . When you take tourists around your city, you’ll notice things you normally gcash database overlook. Simply because visitors make you look at your city or website from a different perspective. They’ll also show you that what seems obvious to you may be an unsolvable conundrum to others. A different perspective is exactly what you need, which is why even simple amateur testing works .
Answers to the questions why?
User testing will answer the question of why users don't complete the conversion process . While it may seem trivially simple to you, your users may see it differently.
As an example, let's take the website of a timber frame builder. At first glance, users liked the website, but after using it for a while, at least half said that the website was confusing and that they would leave without making a purchase or requesting a service. Why? There are actually 3 menus on the website. In layman's terms: they didn't know where to click before, so they got lost in the website structure. User testing will reveal such errors and allow you to fix them very easily.
