What problems does the persona solve given your offering?
Why does the persona buy your products?
The resulting personas for a construction company might look like this:
Don't overdo it with the number of people . 3 or 5 is enough, otherwise you won't be able to communicate with them. It is true that less is sometimes more.

5 steps to determine a persona
Step 1: Target group
You probably know who you want to sell to. Although many companies think so, your target audience is NEVER EVERYONE . Your customer will be somewhat limited by age, gender, purchasing power, education, where they live, lifestyle, interests, and so on.

For example, the e-shop Labeloo sells designer drinking bottles. Although cash app database everyone follows a drinking regimen, the target group is very specific. According to data from Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, we know that the buyers are mainly young women who play sports.

Step 2: Hypotheses
Make some assumptions based on the data. What users enjoy about your brand, why they buy your products, what problems they solve, and describe how their day goes in relation to your offering. This will help you know where to find them and how your products can help them and make their lives easier.

Remember that a persona is a general representation , but each of your customers is an individual. You will need to generalize and simplify some of your customer characteristics. You design your hypotheses together with the sales team that meets with your customers.

For example, at Labeloo we modeled the persona “Markéta Rychlá”. Markéta is 29, lives in Prague, works out several times a week. She is interested in a healthy lifestyle. – We know all this based on data.
