If you use extensions, such as security plugins, they may prevent Chrome from downloading files. The best solution in this case is to use Chrome's incognito mode to download files, as extensions are disabled by default in this mode.

Click the three dots in the top right corner, then click New Incognito Window.

You can now go to the download page using an incognito window and try downloading files from there. You may still need to turn off Safe Browsing to download files.

Fix 3: Allow Insecure Content
Go to the page from which you want to download files.

Once you've entered a site, click the "Settings" button to view all the settings for that particular site.

In the menu that appears, click "Site Settings".

On the Site Settings page, scroll down and click the iceland telegram data Insecure Content drop-down menu and set it to Allow.

You can now refresh the page and retry downloading the file. Once the file is downloaded, be sure to block the unsafe content again.

What you need to know
If you don't want to turn off Safe Browsing or use Incognito mode, you can use another browser, such as Firefox, to download files.
Sometimes your antivirus or firewall can also prevent you from downloading files from the internet. You can temporarily disable it and download the files before re-enabling it.
Finally, you can try updating or reinstalling your Chrome browser and see if that solves the problem.
