15 Most Valuable IT Certifications in 2021

Which IT certifications will be most in demand in 2021? Will certifications continue to increase salaries? A new study provides answers to these questions, reports the Enterprisers Project portal.
Are you confused about the value of IT certifications? Which nepal mobile database are most valuable in terms of salary increases? Do you even need them to prove your qualifications — and take the next step in your IT career?
It’s a controversial topic among IT professionals and hiring managers alike. According to research firm Foote Partners, premiums for certified and non-certified IT skills have been evolving in a mixed fashion for nearly fifteen years. Employers often pay significantly higher premiums for non-certified capabilities than for certified ones, and certifications have generally been declining in value for nearly three years, Foote’s research shows.
Some of the decline in certification value can be attributed to the increasing number of IT professionals pursuing certifications in high-demand specialties. “When the supply of something increases and demand stays the same, the cost goes down,” explains David Foote, co-founder and CEO of Foote Partners, which looks at eight different certification categories. “People who have earned a lot of certifications can tell you that.”
There are, however, a number of specialties that buck this trend. Security and related specialties dominate the list, with areas like networking, project management, and agile also seeing notable premiums for certifications. “It’s an incredibly competitive market for the right talent,” says Foote. “Companies are fighting for people and losing. The pandemic hasn’t changed that.”
