If you offer various freebies on your website, it is best to work with two-level tags.
You can assign a tag when ordering a freebie, for example FREEBIE : Persona character sheet . You then use this tag to start your automation, in which you deliver the freebie directly to existing subscribers. Anyone who does not yet have the Volemort tag also needs the tag FREEBIE : Persona character sheet confirmed , which the (new) subscriber only receives after completing the double opt-in.
