Use time management tools to avoid wasting time on Facebook

Despite the importance that acquisition and thus Facebook and other networks have for me, there are of course other things in my life. First and foremost, there are the projects that I realize for my customers.
Then of course I have a private life too, with family, household and hobbies. Sleeping is nice now and then (and I'll tell you, I'm not a person who sleeps less than eight hours!). But to many people it seems as if I'm "on Facebook all day" - how do I do that?
Well, I have fixed rhythms (not times) and they allow me to have a high presence in the networks. You have to find your own. To give you some inspiration, I'll describe here what kind of rhythm works for me:
My first round on Facebook denmark telegram screening usually takes place first thing in the morning. I first look in the Business Manager for my business page to see who contacted me there via PM during the night. This happens surprisingly often.
I answer the requests and then look at the comments from my followers and continue the communication. Once I've done that, I switch to the private profile and look under the bell to see what has happened that is relevant to me.
Then I have time to get ready for the day and go to my desk to manage the marketing magic circle , create content or meet with clients. Here I like to use the Pomodoro technique in combination with ClickUp *. If ClickUp is too powerful for you, take a look at my experiences with Todoist , maybe that's the better tool for you.
