The minimum value of the contrast ratio of text to the background and significant design elements is 7:1, if we are talking about enlarged text - 4.5:1. There are many services that allow you to check this ratio. For example, in Webaim Contrast Checker, it is enough to enter the HEX numbers of both colors in the #FFFFFF format and the ratio will appear on the screen. If you use Figma, then the Stark plugin will help you solve this problem.
Logo
The requirements regarding contrast, scaling and alt text do not apply to the company logo. If you have a monochrome logo, feel free to use it, if not, just leave it as is.

Color scheme
Allow the user to choose the foreground and background color from the following 5 options:
black on white;
white on black;
brown on beige;
dark blue on light blue;
green on dark brown.
The choice should be determined by the peculiarities of color perception in various visual impairments: a person can easily distinguish some colors and at the same time not see others at all.
Landing
According to GOST, the page length should not exceed 2-3 screens. In other words, a full-fledged landing page is incompatible with a version for the visually impaired.
Landing
Absence of foreign inclusions
The narrative should be linear, without distracting users. People with poor vision already have difficulty perceiving electronic content, and unnecessary digressions, ad blocks, and unjustified cross-linking make the situation much worse. Extraneous inclusions, additional information about promotions, “read also” blocks in the middle of an article, automatic pop-up windows — all of this significantly interferes with visually impaired users.
Captcha
To ensure the site is adapted for the blind, do not use captcha. If this is not possible, install a captcha with an audio version.
Keyboard control
One of the most difficult requirements to implement is that any actions on the site in the adaptation for the visually impaired must be possible using only the keyboard, without the need to use the mouse. Moving around the page is done using the up and down buttons. To select elements, use the space bar, to switch - the Tab key, to confirm actions - Enter. This requirement is imposed on the accessibility of sites for people with impaired hand motor skills, but according to GOST, versions for the visually impaired must also comply with it.
No time limits
The resource should not contain actions that are performed with time restrictions (for example, redirecting to another page after N seconds). Visually impaired people need enough time to read the content.
