How does Amazon currently handle personalization?

As for Amazon, even though the customization program is starting to be offered, it is clear that it is not yet its strong point.
There are several types of customization within Amazon Custom but they are very basic: do not expect to find a competitive alternative like the one offered by the pages we mentioned above.

But let's see in a little more detail how Amazon Custom works.
The first step to using this custom selling system is to register for the the advantages of line database program (not all users can do it, you must be a professional seller and take care of all the logistics yourself). Once inside Amazon Custom you will have to edit your ads: in the drop-down menu that you usually use to edit products, you will find an option that you have never seen before: add / edit customization information.
Thanks to this menu option you will access the corresponding section. Since there are three types of customization in Amazon Custom, you will have to add the options depending on whether you want to do it as text, image or variations intrinsic to the configuration of the product itself.
As you can see, being very simple, this tool is not bad, in fact it allows you to configure the level of customization, the maximum number of characters that you can write or the fonts that the end user can use for customization. These products, before confirming the order , must be customized. At the top right a button appears which, in turn, opens a pop-up with the editable characteristics.
