There are several companies that have actually implemented reskilling. Here are three examples of companies that have dramatically increased their corporate value by helping their employees acquire qualifications and new skills.



1. Hitachi

Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group was featured prominently as an example of reskilling, and their "Digital Transformation Program for All SMBC Group Employees" became an instant hit. They have prepared over 30 videos, each about 10 minutes long, for a total of 5 hours of content.



Introduce reskilling to improve work efficiency and acquire qualifications




Reskilling is an essential training style for improving employee skills.



In particular, obtaining qualifications and reskilling are said to go very well together. By having employees study for qualifications, they will gain knowledge in the process, and eventually, qualified employees will be produced one after another. Of course, obtaining qualifications alone should not be the main focus.
