The balance sheet and annual report provide information about whether a company is successful. If the key figures point in the right direction, this proves the viability of the business model. And the talent of the employees. But economic success is only one aspect of a healthy company. Whether it is the way people treat each other, the way they work with customers, the principles of leadership or the attitude towards social issues: all of this reflects the culture of a company. It is often difficult to grasp - and yet it is the foundation of success. It creates a feeling of community and familiarity. Across all areas of responsibility and hierarchical levels, across all locations and national borders.
Culture is not static, in fact the opposite is true: it is constantly in motion, integrating ideas and adapting to change. Those responsible can encourage and moderate this change, but rarely determine the ireland consumer email list end result. Culture finds its own way. In a company with moderate growth rates, it has the time to develop further. Things are different in a dynamic environment: high growth over a longer period of time changes a company's foundations. Passing on and living the culture no longer works as naturally as it once did.
At adesso, we find ourselves in this situation of dynamic growth: 25 years ago, there were two people at a table. Now there are over 6,800 employees, spread across 40 locations in Europe and Turkey. A good 2,400 employees have joined the adesso Group in the last twelve months alone. As with any successful company, it is a mixture of skill and luck that has helped us: customers who trust us. Employees who throw themselves into projects with passion. Technologies whose potential we exploit.
