What is the penalty for violations?

For each day of delay, the employer is obliged to pay the employee compensation. In addition, the company will face a fine.
For the first violation:
Official — 10,000–20,000 ₽;
Small business — 1,000–5,000 ₽
Medium and large businesses — 30,000–50,000 ₽.
In case of repeated violation:
