To create a new Facebook campaign, click the green “Create Ad” button in the top right corner of the ad platform’s main screen. This will prompt you to select an objective for your campaign. Whichever option you choose, include a UTM tracking code — a piece of text added to the end of your URL — to help you track success and identify clicks and conversions in your campaigns. Once you have entered the URL for your promotion, the next step is to rename the campaign directly below the URL text box. Keep similar names for your campaigns to make it easier to keep track if you have multiple running.
4. Segment your ads.
Select your target audience and set the geographic location you want to target. The location setting is "and". This means that if your list contains potential customers from all over the world and you only select "Russia", some people will not see your ads.
