Ever wondered which URLs of your website have the most authority? In the 'Top Pages' table in the Link Explorer you can see which pages of your website rank best. This is also calculated with the Page Authority metric of Moz.

The most natural link profile
The last metric of Link Explorer that I want to highlight is the 'Linking Domains by DA'. This metric shows how many inbound backlinks your domain receives from domains, but categorized by DA. The image below makes this a lot clearer.
In order to build a backlink profile that is as natural as possible , it is important to find a good balance between high DA and low DA domains. This graph illustrates this very clearly, which is useful for future considerations when you are involved in link building.
Final verdict
This article highlights a number of metrics from the new Link Explorer from Moz. No existing functionalities have been removed (thankfully!). Only new measurement tools have been added. All the old functions that the Open Site Explorer contained have been improved in the Link Explorer. However, keep in mind that this new tool is still in its infancy (beta). Thanks to the Link Explorer, there are countless new possibilities to make data insightful. Both for ourselves as SEO specialists, and for our clients.

For those who (like me) also like to use the Moz toolbar to quickly check the DA of websites, it seems that this toolbar is integrated with the data from Link Explorer. The DA & PA scores that the Moz toolbar indicates, correspond with the data from the new Link Explorer. In recent weeks, the Moz toolbar already showed deviating DA and PA values compared to the Open Site Explorer, partly due to a change in the algorithm. It is therefore possible that the DA of your own website has suddenly decreased or increased.
