1. People to people

Build and strengthen your community and establish long-term relationships with it. Invest in micro-influencers who strengthen your brand. According to a Stackla report (2022), 79% of consumers say that UGC (User Generated Content) positively impacts consumer purchasing decisions.

2. Study the market and create trends

Identify opportunities to stay one step ahead. This way, you will be prepared to meet customer demands before your competitors. A good tip is to study emerging technologies, such as the solar energy or autonomous vehicle sectors, for example.

3. Data driven marketing — data-based management

Analyze competitor data to gain insights based on metrics that can be applied to your company. Data is currently being used in many areas, and in marketing it is essential for decision-making.

4. Communicate with purpose

Brands must have a purpose, bring value to the world and promote positive impacts on society. People are looking to create deep connections with brands and, to do so, communication needs to have a clear purpose so that consumers are naturally impacted and, of course, engaged.

5. Metaverse and new businesses

This universe is growing exponentially and many opportunities will arise for brands. Several artists have created their avatars and are already doing exclusive business in this universe. The relationship between brands and consumers is expected to be more immersive and with enormous potential for creativity.
