After analyzing the strengths of HubSpot and Pardot, it will not be surprising to find that the strengths of one platform are, more or less, the weaknesses of the other.
HubSpot
One of the downsides to HubSpot’s all-in-one formula is that the system can sometimes seem a bit complex. Additionally, some users may find the interface a bit slower than Pardot’s fast interface.
The ease of creating content has the side effect that, especially in those cases where antigua barbuda email list HubSpot is used by many users within the same company, emails, CTAs and landing pages are created that are renamed incorrectly or duplicated. This is an avoidable trap, but it requires commitment and method on the part of users.
The last two areas where HubSpot could improve are the way they track visitor behavior (anonymous users who have not converted into leads) and integration with CRM systems. While HubSpot does provide a history of contact activity, it is not as detailed and useful as Pardot.
In terms of CRM integration, HubSpot will probably never fully integrate with Salesforce like Pardot does, simply because Salesforce owns Pardot. HubSpot's Salesforce integration is good, but a bit slower and less efficient than Pardot.
