I am a very empathetic person , I like to understand people , observe their details to decipher their most hidden sides. This is because before establishing working relationships , I like to create human relationships .

I like giving myself to others and listening to their stories. Initially I confess that it was not easy to acquire even the confidence to be able to speak into the microphone about what I was doing to people who were basically strangers to me. It was like going back to high school and feeling constantly under scrutiny .

I need time to be able to trust and not having the possibility to understand who I had in front of me, I was a bit in difficulty. In this, both Giovanni, my manager, were fundamental, with his sarcasm and irony he was able to put me at ease. And also Giorgio who immediately made me feel part of the team and showed me that he had confidence in my abilities. This was a stimulus to commit myself to always doing my best.
